Geez….just saw this really crappy complaint email from an ****an guest to the hotel and seriously, why are they all born so ANAL?
They made an online booking for a room and under number of guests they put in 2 adults. Our standard price includes breakfast for 2 adults, so in our confirmation letter to them, we just mentioned room rate inclusive of breakfast.
They came as 2 adults and 2 children.
Then they complained that we charged breakfast for the 2 children by saying that our confirmation letter states that the room rate is inclusive of breakfast so that should include for the children too.
Two can play this game so we should have told them that their booking states for 2 adults so we should ban their children from coming as well.
Then in our information kit, we stated that the Kids Club is available in the hotel, so he brought them there and found out that there’s a charge to leave your children with the babysitters there, and he complained that we didn’t state in our kit that there are charges involved so it should be free.
You know, if we state everything there is to know, it would take you 3 years to finish reading all the policies, terms and conditions before you can come stay with us.
Kids Club free also can, but if your kids kill themselves in there don’t blame us cos we never stated in writing that we would take care of them for you.
And then they get a dinner for 2 included in their package. The mother and child went to eat first and then he and another kid joined them later. He complained that the portions for “two” was not enough, only starter, main course and dessert. He refused to order more and pay by himself but just complained that the portions were too small for “two” people.
I would have told them that the package states dinner, and we never stated what kind of food they get. We should have dished out HUGE portions of dog food for dinner cos we never stated that it was human dinner.
Any wonder why they keep getting bombed?
