I think it takes a lot of tenacity to still be able to smile at someone who has just cursed generations of your family because you could not bring them the towels they needed.
You complain that we do not give you what you want.
We cannot because it is against hotel policy.
You insisted.
We tried to reason.
You scream profanities at us.
We gave in to stop you from disturbing other guests with your dictionary of foul words
Then you complain that we do not smile at you.
We are humans after all. Will you smile at someone who was so awesomely MEAN to you?
